Affinity bipoc header

This series of conversations is designed for language educators who identify as BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color). Its purpose is to address the unique challenges faced by BIPOC individuals in the language education field, offering a platform to discuss these issues and share valuable resources that empower advocates for change. By fostering a sense of belonging, promoting representation, cultural sensitivity, and professional growth, and providing emotional support, this initiative aims to tackle systemic inequities and advance equity within the language education community. These conversations will take place in person at the convention and via Zoom during 2024.

This group will meet on the following dates, once a month from January - June 2024.
