ACTFL is the gold standard in development of world languages tests. Two assessments relevant to this Request for Proposal include the ACTFL Oral Proficiency Interview-Computer (OPIc) and the ACTFL Assessment of Performance toward Proficiency in Languages (AAPPL). Both require audio production of tests in English and languages other than English and one requires filming.
Interested parties should send an email to research@actfl.org with the subject line “Production RFP.” All bidders must complete a non-disclosure and no-compete form before receiving the full request for proposals. While audio production can be completed anywhere in the U.S., in-person filming should be budgeted for the ACTFL offices in Alexandria, VA
