Janet Glass Stipend Award Program
The Janet Glass Stipend Fund honors the career of Janet Glass, ACTFL National Language Teacher of the Year in 2008. This fund was established to help elementary language teachers from Janet’s home state of New Jersey attend the ACTFL Convention & World Languages Expo. You do not have to be a first-time attendee or a member of ACTFL, however you must qualify as an elementary school teacher that teaches children in New Jersey.
