The Practical Program Evaluation initiative has developed a variety of resources for language educators and administrators to use in planning for and implementing a world language program evaluation.
ACTFL collaborated with CARLA to create a toolkit filled with practical materials that language educators and administrators can use to plan for and implement a program evaluation in their instructional context.

Evaluation is critical to understanding the performance and outcomes of language programs. In conducting a language program evaluation, it is important to take a comprehensive approach that considers the needs of learners and educators, the requirements and capacities of administrators, parents, and other stakeholders, the values of the discipline, and the program's contributions to local, national, and general society.
This toolkit is filled with practical materials that language educators and administrators can use to plan for and implement a program evaluation in their instructional context.
