Delta Airlines Discount

ACTFL has partnered with Delta Airlines to offer attendees a variable discount, ranging from 2% to 10% depending on the class of service booked, for airfares for the 2019 ACTFL Annual Convention & World Languages Expo. The valid dates for this discount are November 17-29, 2019.

Reservations and ticketing are available via www.delta.com/meeting or by calling Delta Meeting Network Reservations at 800-328-1111 (no service fee), which is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CDT. When searching for flights from the website, select “Book Your Flight” link enter the Meeting Code NY2RY in the box provided.

United Airlines Discount

ACTFL has partnered with United Airlines to offer attendees a variable discount, ranging from 2% to 10% depending on the booking class, for airfares for the 2019 ACTFL Annual Convention & World Languages Expo. The valid dates for this discount are November 19-27, 2019.

Visit www.united.com/meetingtravel and enter the offer code ZGUK908379 in the box provided in order to apply the discount to your ticket(s). You may also call United Meetings Reservation Desk at 800-426-1122, which is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. ET, and Saturday through Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET. Booking fees are waived for Meeting reservations. International customers may contact their local United Reservation Desk.

Budget and Avis are offering ACTFL 2019 attendees a discount code to use during your stay in Washington, DC from November 15 – December 1, 2019.
