If you are interested in booking a hotel suite, please book a standard room for the dates that are needed and then complete this form. All suite sales at the Philadelphia Marriott and Sheraton must be approved by ACTFL. Suites are based on the hotel’s availability and rates being offered at that time.
Acknowledgement of Reservation
A reservation acknowledgement is sent immediately after you have completed the reservation process by entering a valid credit card for Guarantee via the Website. If you book your reservations via phone, you will be emailed a Secure Link into your reservation to add your credit card information as the Call Center cannot accept credit card information over the phone. If any nights in your reservation are waitlisted, you will not receive an acknowledgement until all nights are confirmed. Otherwise, if you do not receive your acknowledgement, please contact ACTFL@maritz.com.

Credit Card Guarantee
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking your reservation. Should a credit card not be provided upon exiting the website, the reservation will automatically be cancelled. The credit card will be used to hold your reservation for guarantee only – this is true for what Maritz will do with the information, but it’s up to each individual hotel as to whether they will charge a deposit when they receive the rooming lists. Credit cards must be valid through December 2024.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the day of arrival to avoid loss of one night’s room and tax. Early departures and no shows are subject to a penalty fee set by the hotel.
