Unite With Fellow Advocates
Advocacy Works Better Together
Whether you are launching a new language program, sustaining an existing program, or rallying support to save a program at risk for elimination, advocacy cannot happen in a vacuum: It requires a strong network of fellow champions, each of whom brings their own unique voice, skills, and experience to the mission.
Before a crisis develops, consider your sphere of influence and identify the individuals in your home community, school or district, online network, state or region, and beyond, with whom you can connect to share resources. The sooner you are able to build these relationships, the more prepared you will be for all forms of advocacy and public education building!
