Have an original grassroots activity, creation, or event that has worked well to advocate for your language program? Is the activity proactive and adaptable to different languages and levels?

You’re invited to share templates, examples, and samples to be considered for future inclusion in the Language Advocacy Resource Center. Your submissions can help fellow educators and their communities to kickstart local advocacy efforts across the country.

Release Acknowledgement 

I authorize ACTFL, its assigns and transferees to have complete ownership of said materials, video/audio recordings, and/or photographs including copyright interests. 

I grant ACTFL, its assigns and transferees the right to broadcast, exhibit, market and otherwise distribute said materials, video footage, audio recordings and/or photographs, in whole or in parts, and alone or with other products. 

I agree that ACTFL may use my materials for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content, so long as ACTFL gives me credit as the creator/owner of the materials.

I acknowledge that I have obtained permission for publication from all individuals pictured videos or photos, as well as the photographer. I also hereby release ACTFL, their staff and their agents, legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to submitted videos or photos. 

I hereby release ACTFL and its legal representatives for all claims and liability relating to said materials, video footage, audio recordings and/or photographs. I waive my right to any compensation.
