Exhibit Costs
 
Standard Booth Space – $1,400
  • Size – 10’ X 10’
  • 8-foot high draped backdrop with 3-foot high side drapes
  • Booth does not include furniture
Island Booth Space - $14.00 per square foot
 
Non-Profit Tabletop – $700.00
  • One (1) 6’ X 30” draped table with two (2) side chairs
  • Companies wishing to purchase a non-profit tabletop must provide proof of their non-profit status to show management. The non-profit tabletops are for distribution of informational materials only. All promotional materials must be displayed on the table and can be no more than 2 feet high. No floor signage or pop-up displays will be allowed.
 
All Exhibiting Companies receive:
  • Complimentary Convention Registrations
    • Standard Booth – 4 Registrations per 10’ X 10” (limit 20 per company)
    • Non-Profit Tabletop – 2 Registrations
  • Company listing in the Convention Program Guide
  • Recognition on the ACTFL web site including a link to your company’s web site.
  • Admission to all educational sessions. (excludes any event/workshop requiring an additional fee.)
  • Identification sign with your company’s name and booth number
  • 24-hour security in the Exhibit Hall

Watch your email for the ACTFL Exhibitor Newsletters.  The exhibitor newsletters will keep you informed of Convention happenings, remind you of important deadlines and provide useful tips on how to make your convention experience a success.
 
Exhibitor Service Kit
An electronic Exhibitor Service Kit with complete instructions for ordering furniture, carpeting, electrical service, audiovisual service, lead retrieval, booth cleaning, labor and freight handling will be available to you no later than September 2009.
