Exhibitor Workshops

WORKSHOP APPLICATION (PDF)

Exhibitor Workshops are now available for purchase. These workshops will be assigned on a first-come first-serve basis and are available only to current exhibitors.

The Exhibitor Workshops are 50 minute sessions held in free-standing, hard-walled, open-ceiling rooms. This year, the workshops will be located on the show floor. There will be seating for approximately 150 people (theater style) with a screen, LCD projector, microphone system and lectern at the front of the room.  The workshop description will be included both in the online Convention program and the printed program guide so attendees can include them when planning their itinerary.  There will also be signage placed at the entrance to the workshop area with the workshop titles and times.

The Exhibitor Workshops are considered sponsorships and cost $700.00 for one or $650.00 each for two or more.  Since this is considered a sponsorship you will be recognized in the Convention Program Guide as an “Official Sponsor” and you will receive the pre- and post-show attendee mailing lists complimentary. This sponsorship will also contribute to your priority points for space selection.

In order for your workshop to be listed in the Program Guide and signage, you must sign up before August 1, 2014.
