REGISTRATION DEADLINES

The registration rates are only valid if your registration form is postmarked by, faxed on or before, or submitted online by 12 midnight EST on the following dates.

Registration forms without payment will not be processed. Registration credentials will not be issued until full payment is made.

REGISTRATION FEES

Registration rates are due in full at the time of registration in US Funds only. All attendees must be registered for the convention, and only registered attendees may register for a workshop or ticketed event. Returned checks will be subjected to a $35 fee.

IMPORTANT: All Purchase Orders must be paid prior to the convention. No Purchase Orders will be accepted onsite for payment. Please make sure that your accounting office has their address below when sending payment for registration:
