HOUSING INSTRUCTIONS

Please take a few minutes to review the housing instructions below before making your reservations.

For best availability and immediate confirmation, make your reservation online. Requests received via fax or mail may take longer to process. All hotel requests are processed on an availability basis.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RESERVATION

ACTFL Housing will send you a confirmation of your reservation. Please review all information for accuracy.  Email confirmations will be sent within 3-5 days of reservation being processed. If you do not receive your confirmation within this time frame or have any changes to your reservation, please call (800) 650-6835 domestic and 847-996-5874 international.  

ROOM RATES/TAX

To take advantage of the special ACTFL rates, you must book your reservation by October 24, 2013. After that date, ACTFL room blocks will be released and hotels may charge higher rates. All rates are per room and are subject to 12% occupancy tax (subject to change). Special requests cannot be guaranteed; however, hotels will do their best to honor all requests.

CREDIT CARD GUARANTEE

A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Please note: The HOTEL may be charging credit cards for the one night's room and tax deposit beginning October 25, 2013.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY

All hotels require a valid credit card to guarantee the reservation at the time of booking. Credit cards must be valid through November 2013. Cancellations made within 5 days of the confirmed arrival date will be charged a cancellation penalty fee of one night’s room and tax to the credit card provided to guarantee the reservation. Beginning October 25, 2013, cancellations must be made directly with the hotel.

CHANGES/NEW RESERVATIONS CUTOFF

Continue to use ACTFL Housing for new reservations, changes, and cancellations until October 24, 2013.  Note:  Requests for new reservations will be on an availability basis at time of booking. After October 24, 2013, new reservations, changes and cancellations must be directed to your confirmed hotel. 

Please note: Your confirmed hotel may assess an early departure fee for departure date changes at check-in.
